1. FECONEWS MAGAZINE

I have been making FECONEWS Magazine, so many years,  from nr. 17 in 1994 until nr. 60 in 2015, it is time for a change. The costs of sending a printed version of the magazine by ordinary mail as parcel  or in an envelop are higher than the printing costs…

It’s time for a change. For nr. 61  only a digital version will be produced, which will be sent around in PDF by e-mail. So you can send it to you members or print is yourselves.

Two times a year. Minimum 28 pages.

2. FECO FEE

Producing FECONEWS digital means that we can reduce the FECO Fee for all countries.

We hope you agree an will pay in time to “stay” as a member of FECO.

The FECO Fee from 2022 every year will be:

a. EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (and economical stabile countries) € 150

b. EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, AFRICAN and SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES  € 100

c. ORGANISATION MEMBERS and CARTOON FESTIVALS  € 100

d.FECO Press card valid for 3 years € 35

e. Press Cards for Presidents and Vice-Presidents free of charge

* there can always be a discussion about which category is suitable for your country.

3. FECO Bulletin

No big changes for this digital information bulletin. Minimum 4 times a year it will be send to all FECO Chief and Organisations to inform all cartoonists about ‘burning news’ and the upcoming  cartoon contests.
