All submitted works (whether awarded or not) will become property of the Estação Cultural de Caratinga.
- The works will become part of the Salon’s permanent collection, and may be used for: Traveling exhibitions, Promotion in print, TV, and online media, Publication in books, magazines, and catalogs.
- These works will be incorporated into the Cultural Research and National Graphic Humor Promotion Archive of the Estação Cultural de Caratinga, which may use them as it sees fit.
By submitting their work, the artist automatically agrees to all terms of this regulation and grants full, universal, and irrevocable copyright of the awarded work(s), free of charge, to the Salon, in accordance with Law No. 9610 of February 1988 (Brazilian Copyright Law). |
